A taste of the Punjab book launch

The bright and colourful publication lays out simple to follow traditional recipes that are easy to follow and is a must for anyone with a pallate that craves spicy delights. Following a trip to India Bhupinder, known to her friends as ‘Pippa’, was moved by the plight of orphans in the city of Mumbai. Upon her return the teacher and chef determined to do all that was in her power to help those left destitute. After encouragement from founder of the Lantern Project, Graham Wilmer, Pippa set about the task of transcribing the recipies that she had enjoyed cooking for friends.
